There are three service options for you to choose:

We Come To You - For those who prefer, we can come to you.  We will work on your computer at your home or office.  While we work on your computer, you are free to ask questions  about the work we are doing or about computers in general.

We Work Remotely - In many cases, we can remotely connect to your computer to resolve issues.  This means that I can work on your computer even if I am at my office and you are at your home or office! Your computer will need Internet access for us to be able to remotely access your computer.  Your help will be required during the remote work.  Remote work is not recommended for spyware and virus removal. 

You Come To Us - For the best value, you can bring your computers to our office.
